Thomas J. Nolan, 1946-2022
Trade secrets defense titan used legendary tactics.
A celebration of life will be held next month for Thomas J. Nolan III, a longtime trade secrets and criminal defense attorney in Silicon Valley known for his legendary strategies and courtroom persona.
Nolan died Dec. 21, 2021 at 76.
