Plaintiffs’ lawyer sues others who reported he was dying

While plaintiffs’ attorney Carney Shegerian has built a reputation of winning big results for his clients, and often gets referrals from other lawyers due to his reputation as a litigator, no one wants to hire a dying attorney, his lawyer, Gary A. Dordick, said.

Prominent plaintiffs' attorney Carney R. Shegerian has sued three management-side lawyers, alleging slander, libel and other claims that they spread false information that he was in hospice care and dying in March and April 2021.
