Bloom Firm to pay $1.1M to settle legal malpractice suit

The Bloom Firm agreed to pay medical scrub clothing company Koi Design LLC $1.1 million to end a lawsuit that sought $8 million from Marron Lawyers APC, the Bloom Firm and disbarred attorney Douglas Mastroianni.
