Judge and former Orange County public defender fought to make sure the law was fairly applied to everyone

Superior Court Judge Frank Ospino, who fought to make sure the law was fairly applied to everyone as the Orange County public defender and on the bench, has died. He was 61 and had battled cancer for several years.
