Truckers’ class denied in antitrust lawsuit against big rig companies

Snyder Burnett Egerer LLP, Nossaman LLP, Varner and Brandt LLP and many other firms represented CRST The Transportation Solution Inc., C.R. This collaboration managed to defeat class certification, reducing the plaintiff pool from nearly 100,000 putative class members to the individual claims.

A federal judge denied a motion for class certification in an antitrust lawsuit brought by truck drivers who claim companies colluded to deprive workers of better compensation or the chance to change employers by limiting recruiting and terminating them before the costs of training schools was fully waived.
