Nominee to federal court in San Diego fields few questions during confirmation hearing

Robert S. Huie, a Jones Day partner and nominee to the U.S. District Court in San Diego, appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, fielding a few questions from a panel that didn't vote, but a majority of whom appeared to support his nomination.
