Disabled candidates are lacking in judicial appointments

In three years, the governor’s appointment rate of people with disabilities is less than 1%. It is also my understanding that during that same period of time the governor chose to not appoint any person with disabilities to the Courts of Appeal or to the California Supreme Court.
