Northern District gets new federal defender
Jodi Halim Linker has been a deputy federal defender since 2007. She was appointed to a four-year term to lead the office.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals selected defense attorney Jodi Halim Linker to be the next federal defender in the Northern District of California, replacing interim public defender Geoffrey Hansen.
