State Bar responds to audit approach criticism
In his opinion piece on April 27, Mr. Antonio Sarabia makes several suggestions for how the State Bar could strengthen its public protection functions. While we appreciate his fresh perspective, he seems unaware of the many preventative efforts the State Bar is already engaged in. Some of these are long-standing, like the State Bar's Ethics Hotline. Others are new this year, and these efforts are gaining considerable momentum.
