New management structure announced at Quinn Emanuel

John Quinn, who will turn 71 next month, will remain as the firm’s chairman and downplayed the change, saying it formalizes an arrangement that’s been in place during the past several years.

Since John B. Quinn founded what has become the world’s largest business litigation firm in 1986, he has run the show.
