A mid-year push on collections can avoid headaches later






For many attorneys, billing and collecting fees can be the least favorite part of their practice. Although necessary, it can be time-consuming and lead to uncomfortable conversations with clients when a large amount is past due. As a result, attorneys may keep collection issues at the bottom of their task list until the traditional year-end push – when firms strain to get as much money in the door as possible to end the year on a strong note.
