State Bar-hired firm is investigating whether there was undue assistance from within its ranks, and is strengthening its disciplinary system
In response to Anahid Agemian's opinion piece, I would respectfully say that we agree that it is important to determine if Thomas Girardi received any undue assistance from anyone in the State Bar.
