Assembly Bill 257: fast food workers just got super-sized

Plaintiff’s attorneys will be integral in the enforcement of the FAST Recovery Act and should be encouraged to take on such cases given the private right of action for injunctive relief and, if successful, to recoup costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.
