What does taking the California Bar Exam and giving birth have in common? Both are rigorous endeavors that often involve long periods of preparation, extreme pain and the outcome will intensely impact one's life. What is very different is the willingness of the medical profession to adapt to change and see the value of having multiple methodologies. In contrast, California currently offers only one method of licensure to practice law.
