Don’t forget your tie for depositions
If attorneys want to be taken seriously by clients, principals, and witnesses, and want to exude the type of credibility that might guide the public perception and satisfy the individuals or corporations that pay the attorney’s bills, a modicum of adherence to the same dress code that courts require might be a salutary idea.
