Activision challenges box-check lease renewal
Los Angeles Judge Elaine Lu sustained the video game maker’s demurrer to Regus Management Group’s breach of rent contract lawsuit with leave to amend because the plaintiff did not include a copy of the contract.

The judge presiding over a rent dispute between Activision and its former landlord in Santa Monica doesn’t seem to think so.
