Antitrust attorney to lead state’s oversight of petroleum market
Tai Milder most recently served two years as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, after nearly eight years in that same role earlier in his career. He also did a nearly three-year stint in the antitrust division at the California Department of Justice and two years as counsel at Robins Kaplan LLP.
