Former State Bar chief asks for dismissal of disicpline charges

Joseph L. Dunn's attorneys argue that the bar admitted in pleadings before a review panel that the current disciplinary proceedings are based on a 2014 complaint that was investigated and closed.

Attorneys for former State Bar executive director Joseph L. Dunn argued in a new court filing that all remaining charges he faces should be dismissed with prejudice as time-barred.
