Shareholders say Live Nation hid problems from investors

Glancy Prongay & Murray LLP senior counsel Pavithra Rajesh wrote in the complaint that Live Nation did not disclose to investors that it engaged in anticompetitive conduct, like charging high fees and entering into extended contracts with artists.

A putative federal securities fraud class action against Live Nation Entertainment was filed Friday in Los Angeles, accusing the ticketing giant of misleading investors for the past 18 months.
