Judge won’t seal accusation firm overbilled

Collins + Collins LLP says the overbilling claim by former managing partner Samuel Muir is old, unproven, irrelevant and prejudicial.

Trial exhibits purporting to show that one of Collins + Collins LLP’s partners overbilled clients should not be sealed, a Los Angeles County judge ruled in a post-trial dispute between Samuel J. Muir and his former partners in the firm.
