LA registrar mostly prevails in case seeking voter records of DA recall attempt

“Los Angeles County’s registrar has resisted transparency and disclosure at every turn,” Eric M. The Los Angeles County registrar does not have to disclose some voter information -- or allow records to be examined outside his office -- as requested by a committee to recall District Attorney George Gascón, a Court of Appeal panel held on Thursday.
