Orange County judge accused of murdering his wife to be tried in LA
"The people contend that schedule bail of $1,000,000 -- without supplemental non-monetary conditions -- is insufficient to protect public safety and/or ensure defendant's attendance at trial," said a notice filed by Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer.
