Judge revives Uber worker claim arbitrator said was time-barred
The plaintiff’s attorneys contend that her termination for “poor performance” in March 2019 created a new statutory time clock that should begin after she received a right to sue notice in February 2022 from the state Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
