Retired Los Angeles County judge joins ADR Services
Judge H. Chester “Chet” Horn Jr. served for more than 20 years on the Superior Court and presided over many noteworthy cases in assignments at the Beverly Hills Courthouse, the Airport Courthouse and finally the Santa Monica Courthouse.
Retired Los Angeles County Judge H. Chester "Chet" Horn Jr. joined the panel of neutrals at ADR Services Inc.
