Trump seeks to lift stay on suit against Facebook claiming suppression
Trump’s attorneys wanted the stay lifted to file a second amended complaint, writing, “a wealth of new evidence directly supporting the claims” of collusion between Facebook and the Biden administration “has been made public.”
