Orange County judge’s attorneys may oppose murder trial in LA
A jury of Ferguson’s peers would most likely be made up of citizens of Orange County, which Ferguson served for 40 years, his attorneys said Tuesday.
Attorneys for Orange County Judge Jeffrey Ferguson, who authorities say has admitted killing his wife, indicated Tuesday they may oppose his murder trial taking place in Los Angeles County.
He entered a plea of “not guilty” at his arraignment Tuesday.
