Former deputy solicitor general returns to Munger, Tolles & Olson

Aimee Feinberg argued before the U.S. Supreme Court in Americans for Prosperity Foundation v. Bonta 141 S. Ct. 2373 (2021) — a case that challenged the constitutionality of a California rule requiring charitable organizations to report donor information.

After eight years, former California Deputy Solicitor General Aimee Feinberg returned to Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP as of counsel in San Francisco.
