Sacramento must answer whether if violated court order on camps
Sacramento Homeless Union general counsel Anthony D. Prince moved to hold the city in contempt of U.S. District Judge Troy L. Nunley’s order that homeless camps not be moved from the shadier downtown area during a heat wave.
