State Bar says discipline trial of former director should proceed
“Respondent makes repeated factual assertions about what he claims the Review Department decided and what he says the State Bar ‘conceded’ — nowhere, however, providing accurate citations to admissible evidence,” said a State Bar prosecutors’ filing.





State Bar prosecutors argued in a court filing that a trial of former executive director Joseph L. Dunn on charges related to a trip to Mongolia with agency funds should proceed, although the rest of the charges against him have been dismissed as time-barred.
