X seeks dismissal of age bias class action based on Musk quotes

X Corp., formerly Twitter, asked a federal judge Friday to dismiss a proposed age discrimination class action filed on behalf of employees over the age of 50 who lost their jobs in the company's reduction of force following Elon Musk's acquisition.
