John Eastman's State Bar proceeding delayed for surrender in Georgia

"The court is willing to make certain changes in this week's trial schedule in order to accommodate Dr. Eastman's surrender in Fulton County, Georgia," State Bar Court Judge Yvette D. Roland said in a minute order Monday.

A State Bar judge canceled the next two days of hearings for John C. Eastman, former attorney to then President Donald Trump, so that he can surrender in Fulton County, Georgia, where he faces criminal charges accusing him of participating in a scheme to overturn the 2020 presidential election results.
