British COVID test maker accuses Innova of fraud

Disruptive Nanotechnology Ltd. said that after Innova secured a $138 million deal to provide tests to the U.K. government, Innova executives demanded reduced commissions and used the extra money for themselves.

A British provider of COVID-19 test kits accused Pasadena-based Innova Medical Group of defrauding it of hundreds of millions of dollars after Innova signed a lucrative contract with the UK government to supply millions of test kits in the early days of the pandemic.
