SEC regional director joins O’Melveny & Myers
As the head of the third largest regional SEC office, Michele Wein Layne managed 180 attorneys, accountants and staffers in investigating and prosecuting federal securities law violations across Southern California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada and Guam.
