9th Circuit judge who said she supports ACLU won’t recuse in homeless litigation
The city of San Francisco, fighting to remove homeless camps, posted a screenshot of an ACLU of Arizona webpage including Judge Roopali H. Desai’s photo, describing her as a member since 2013, and her statement of support for the organization.
