Environmental group may appeal Diablo Canyon case dismissal

Friends of Earth disagrees with Superior Court Judge Ethan P. Schulman’s sustaining of PG&E’s demurrer to the lawsuit that aimed to enforce a 2016 agreement to shut down the plant.

Friends of Earth said Friday it may appeal a San Francisco judge’s dismissal of a lawsuit seeking to prevent Pacific Gas & Electric Co. from continuing operation of the Diablo Canyon nuclear plant.
