Bribery charge reinstated against Apple’s security chief

Thomas Moyer, represented by attorneys at Swanson & McNamara LLP in San Francisco, was indicted in 2020 for allegedly offering $80,000 in iPads to the Santa Clara County sheriff’s office in exchange for concealed carry weapon permits.
