Construction company claims $30M owed for West LA project
William L. Miltner of Miltner & Menck states that the project’s general contractor, Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Co. subcontracted structural steel work with Bragg Investments for $12 million, but changes worth $30 million were ordered.




Construction company Bragg Investments is suing the owners and general contractor rehabbing the longtime home of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips in West Los Angeles, claiming it is owed nearly $30 million for work it performed on the $300 million project.
