San Francisco DA committed ‘improper, but collateral’ misconduct, appeals court rules

DA Brooke Jenkins responded that the public should be more concerned that the defense is continuing to petition for murderer Daniel Gudino’s release from the psychiatric hospital than by any misconduct she might have committed.
