Legal Aid lawyer advocated for State Bar transparency
Gregory E. Knoll, a longtime Legal Aid lawyer in San Diego and a State Bar trustee who argued for more transparency after recent scandals, died Sunday. He was 75. The cause of his death was not disclosed.
