Six Flags not liable in $35M roller coaster lawsuit
Six Flags’ attorneys pushed back, saying that the plaintiff’s attorneys had not alleged specific wrongful conduct that warranted punitive damages, nor facts that showed that an officer or director or managing agent acted in a way that warranted punitive damages.




A jury found Six Flags Magic Mountain not liable in a case in which a woman said she suffered a brain injury on a roller coaster and sought nearly $35 million in damages.
