Activision Blizzard offers data to prove women workers are treated well
The state has had access to this “irrefutable” evidence for years before the Civil Rights Department filed a lawsuit against the video game maker, Paul Hastings LLP partner Elena R. Baca and Munger Tolles & Olson LLP partner Katherine M. Forster wrote in their motion for summary judgment.




Video game maker Activision Blizzard Inc. asked a Los Angeles court for summary judgment on workplace discrimination claims brought by the state, saying the data is “clear and undisputed” that its female employees are compensated and promoted equally to their male counterparts.
A hearing on the motion is set for Nov. 14 before Superior Court Judge Barbara M. Scheper.
