Fentanyl murder verdict sends message to lawmakers, senator says
“I think that the verdict highlights the danger of fentanyl and the danger of any sort of distribution of it that it is different than any other illegal substance and synthetic drug that we’ve ever encountered before,” said state Sen. Tom Umberg, D-Santa Ana.
