Orange County DA slams judge’s lenient dog cruelty sentence
Orange County Superior Court Judge Justin Glenn-Leistikow allowed the defendant to plead guilty to one misdemeanor count, be placed on one year of probation and promise not to own any animals. The DA had sought jail time.
