Regus Management accused of breaching lease after 16 years

Regus Management, the global rental agency, is accused of breaching the lease on a property in Los Angeles that it has rented for more than 16 years.
The complaint, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on behalf of property management firm Younan Properties Inc., claims that Regus owes $143,500 in rent from January 2022 to March 2023. The 32,700 square foot unit is on Burbank Boulevard in Woodland Hills.
