MoFo drops race, sex requirements for fellowships

Perkins Coie LLP, which faces a nearly identical complaint filed Aug. 22 in the Northern District of Texas, has retained the language in its fellowship application for first-year law students.

Morrison & Foerster LLP, which was sued in Florida federal court last month for racial discrimination because it offered fellowship programs aimed at racial minorities and LGBTQ+ law students, has dropped that language from its website.
