Ex-Wisconsin justice testifies of voter fraud
State Bar court Judge Yvette Roland repeatedly accused defense attorney Randall Miller of leading his witness, including one instance where Miller was questioning a former Wisconsin supreme court justice about the process of determining the mental incompetence of a prospective voter.
