Ex-Wisconsin justice testifies of voter fraud

State Bar court Judge Yvette Roland repeatedly accused defense attorney Randall Miller of leading his witness, including one instance where Miller was questioning a former Wisconsin supreme court justice about the process of determining the mental incompetence of a prospective voter.

A former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice said that the state was rife with voter fraud during the 2020 presidential election, while testifying for the defense Friday in the possible disbarment hearing of John C. Eastman, a former attorney of President Donald Trump.
