State Bar liable for Girardi’s misconduct, lawsuit claims

“I don’t think they would be held responsible for monetary damages … Bar employees and the State Bar itself have immunity from liability for monetary damages,” Susan L. Margolis of Margolis & Margolis LLP in Los Angeles commented.
