Security guard files PAGA complaint against Live Nation

Aa security guard says he was required to remain on-call when clocked out, attend company meetings off the clock, and to complete various tasks before clocking in for a shift and after clocking out.

A former employee has accused Live Nation of wage theft.

The PAGA complaint filed last week in Los Angeles County Superior Court says that the plaintiff and other aggrieved employees were forced to work overtime and off the clock without proper compensation.
