Tense exchanges continue at Eastman’s bar trial

Prosecutor Duncan C. Carling continued cross-examining IT professional Garland Favorito, after an objection Thursday by John C. Eastman’s defense attorney brought laughter from the judge.

A State Bar trial for John C. Eastman, former attorney for President Donald Trump, continued to be tense on Friday as the prosecutor cross-examined a defense witness who claimed to have evidence of voter fraud in Georgia in the 2020 election.
