A law firm that defended Charter Communications from a wrongful termination claim was sued by that plaintiff over a data breach that occurred two years later.
The plaintiff alleges that Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP did nothing to warn breach victims until this month about a March 2022 breach. During this time the perpetrators had “free reign to surveil and defraud their unsuspecting victims.”
